Phase 2: Renovation

The work in phase 2 will primarily be focused on the creamery building. The details will depend on what the MDA wants us to change or add to our plan in Phase 1.

• Pull Electrical, Plumbing, and Construction Permits with the county

• Waste Water & Plumbing Install

• HVAC

• Order equipment

• Exterior doors, windows, & siding update

• Finish Storage Room of Creamery

• Electrical install for pasteurizer

Updates:

• Specialty equipment has been ordered

• Plumbing installation is well on its way

• Doors and new windows installed
