Phase 3: Testing & Licensing

Some of Phase 3 can happen during the renovation but the majority will happen after. This will be kicked off during our milking season as the inspectors will need to see our process from start to finish to ensure we are keeping all of our food safety standards. Many would consider this to be too demanding for a small farm but we respect that everyone, big or small, should keep food safety as their top priority. It is an honor to provide the food on your table and we do not take that responsibility lightly!

During Phase 3 we will plan a soft open so that our local community can purchase, test, and give feedback on our products. We will update this page and our mailing list if you are interested in trying our dairy products.
