Our milk is from our A2A2 Guernsey cows. We rotationally graze our cows on a variety of native grasses and legumes.

Our yogurt is made using a yogurt culture and no additives and only whole milk. It is natural for yogurt to have a softer texture than commercial yogurts that may remove moisture. Our yogurt may have some whey separation in the container, either mix it in and enjoy or drain excess whey for a thicker yogurt.
